Common Law – Structure is an excellent class for the student seeking a generalized summary of the common law, both historically and in modern application. The class is expected to cover the following subjects:

- The Law of Bailments and Transaction – a discussion of the foundation of the law regarding bailments and transaction and its relevance to the modern world of international trade.
